The client requested site plan and building designs for a gated community on the waterfront in Ikoyi, Lagos
A design proposal for a mini estate with 10no. 5 bedroom homes and 1no. exclusive 5 bedroom home all with independent amenities, gardens and jetty access to the lagoon, within a private estate development in Lagos, Nigeria was created.
The site called for modern designs worthy of its premium location.
Presentation drawings and a Brochure were developed for this project.
