A modern home office to make work-life balance easier.
The brief
This office design was tailored for a creative finance and policy professional in Lagos, Nigeria. The challenge was to transform a compact interior into a multi-functional sanctuary that balances the rigor of a professional office space with the comfort of a private retreat. By stripping away visual clutter and focusing on a minimalist aesthetic, we created a space that fosters deep focus and clarity.
The material palette is intentionally restrained—pairing cool, neutral tones with organic wood finishes—to create a calm, tactile environment that remains thermally comfortable and visually soothing.
The layout is optimized for productivity, featuring a bespoke, expansive desk area and integrated storage solutions that keep the workspace fluid and organized. A dedicated lounge corner was incorporated to allow for a seamless transition between focused work and moments of reflection. By prioritizing clean lines, natural materials, and a sense of openness, the workspace serves as a node that supports a modern, hybrid work lifestyle within a serene, well-crafted envelope.
Scope of Work
