Site Area: 1600sqm
Description: Thirty-six residential units in three blocks. Each block is 6 floors and has six 4-bedroom units on two floors and six 2-bedroom flats.
A design to encourage community activities, shared maintenance facilities, ample parking, outdoor space and sports facilities. 

Our design prioritized landscaped natural areas for community interaction maximizing the view to the lagoon and warm tones through the site.
